Beta 2 Tomorrow (Friday, Aug 4) Along With 25,000 New Keys

First thing’s first: The release date. FilePlanet will be launching Beta 2 tomorrow (Friday) morning Pacific Standard Time, at which point participants of the ETQW Public Beta will be able to grab it from there.
I don’t see it on Fileplanet yet, but I will keep looking…
EDIT: I thought that FP had just replaced the old BETA file with the new one, but they haven’t, as I just downloaded it, and it’s the same file as before. So, hopefully, there will be a new file marked BETA2 in the FP directory for ETQW.
EDIT 2: The file is now available (11:30am EST), and I am once again waiting in line for it…

First Impressions:
Definitely way better with a larger map, but still very UnReal Tourny. I am also experiencing random freeze ups… sometimes 2 minutes in, other times 20 minutes in. Frustrating trying to figure it out, as I can play BF2/2142 maxed settings on 4xAA for hours on end and not a single problem.
But gameplay seems somewhat smoother, and driving the vehicles is a little less clunky, but really not what we are used to. I got good framerates, and without even applying any of the FPS unlocks. I’ve only played for about an hour, so I haven’t really had/seen any teamplay. The bots are useless, not that I was expecting less.
Sadly, it’s still not representative of us and our playing style, though.
